     Vanilla Almond Moscato Cake

Ingredients
1 cup Moscato wine (Petalo or Fratelli)
1 box french vanilla cake mix
1 small box french vanilla instant pudding mix
4 eggs
1 cup real mayo
1 tbs almond extract
TOPPINGS
1 cup sliced almonds
 
2 tbsp. melted butter
1/4 cup sugar
Fresh sliced strawberries

Instructions
Heat oven to 325'. Spray a bundt or two 8-9'' round pans with baking spray. Combine topping ingredients (besides strawberries) and line bottom of pan with almond mixture. Slice the strawberries and set aside.
In a large bowl combine cake ingredients and mix on med-high for 4 minutes. pour batter into almond lined pan. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until a knife comes out clean. Turn cake out onto a large plate. It should have a nice almond crust on top. Garnish with strawberries.
