     Kicked Up Fish w/ Red Jalapeno Cream Sauce

Ingredients
2-4 fish filets (Tilapia, Mahi-Mahi, Snapper)
2 Tbsp. Adam's Reserve Kicked Up Chicken Rub
1/2 cup Chef Dean Fearing's Red Jalapeno Sauce
1/4 cup heavy cream
4 avocado, diced
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
2 tbsp. grapeseed oil
 

Instructions
Rub fish with Kicked Up Rub. In a large skillet, heat grapeseed oil over med-high heat. Sear fish 2-3 minutes a side, remove, add red jalapeno sauce and cream. Bring to a simmer for 2-3 minutes. Pour over fish then top with avocado and cilantro.
Great over rice.
