Combine flour, baking soda, salt, and brown sugar in a large bowl.
Add oil, eggs, yogurt, vanilla, bananas, and 3/4 cup of chopped walnuts.
Blend well.
Pour batter into a 9x5x3 inch metal baking pan. Add the remaining nuts to the top of batter.
Bake for 45 minutes or until done.
Cool in pan for 10 minutes.
Remove from pan and continue to cool on wire rack.
