     SHEPHERD'S PIE

Ingredients
1tbsp oil
1 onion, chopped
500g mince
2tbsp plain flour
1tbsp tomato sauce
1tbsp chutney/relish
3/4c liquid beef stock
8 - 10 potatoes
1tbsp butter
 
1tbsp onion, finely chopped
1/2c grated cheese
Salt to season

Instructions
Heat oil in frying pan. Add onion, cook until clear. Add mince and cook until well browned, stirring constantly
Stir in flour, cook for 1min. Add tomato sauce, chutney and stock. Bring to boil, reduce heat, and simmer for 5mins
Cook potatoes. Drain and heat for a few mins. Shake pan frequently. Mash potatoes. Add butter, onion and half the cheese, mix until smooth and season
put mince in dish. Top with mashed potato. Sprinkle remaining cheese over the mashed potato. Bake 190C for 20mins, or until golden
