Combine water and chocolate in a saucepan. Stir over
heat until smooth; cool. Beat butter and sugar in
bowl until light and fluffy
Add egg one at a time, beating after each egg. Put
mixture in a large bowl, stir in chocolate mixture,
sour cream and flour in two batches. Spread mixture
into dish. Cook in moderate oven, 180C, for 30mins.
Stand for 5mins. Turn onto wire rack
TOPPING- Combine marshmallows, cherries and peanuts
in a bowl. Place chocolate and butter in a saucepan.
Stir over low heat until melted and combined. Cool.
Pour over marshmallow mix, stir until combined.
Spoon topping over cake; stand until set
