1/2c tomato paste

800g canned tomatoes

8c water
|
|
Salt

500g spaghetti
|
|
Grated cheese, to garnish

Instructions |

Heat oil. Add onion and cook until golden, stirring
constantly
|

Stir in mince, browning quickly. Add tomato paste
|
|
|
Mash tomatoes and juice. Add to pan. Stir in water,
and bring to the boil. Reduce heat, cook uncovered
for 45mins; or until mixture is a thick sauce
|
|
|
Season with salt. Serve over hot pasta, garnish with
cheese
|
