     Pam's Potato Casserole

Ingredients
2 (2 lb.) frozen shredded hash browns
1 pint of half-n-half
1 lb. velveeta
3 sticks of oleo
 

Instructions
1 to 2 hours before baking, combine oleo and velveeta in a pan on low heat. Stir frequently until well blended. Remove from heat and add half-n-half. Pour frozen hash browns in a 9X13. Pour cheese mixture over frozen hash browns and let set for 1 hour. Bake at 325 for 1 1/2 - 2 hours.
This is great as a side dish for brunch or a barbeque.
