Cut chicken thigh into chunks and mix into marinade. Marinade
chicken overnight or 2 hours
|

|
In a zip lock bag, place chicken pieces into bag with tapioca
powder and shake bag until pieces are covered
|
|
|
Heat oil up in a wok to 300 degrees, fry chicken for 2-3
minutes, remove them by placing it on plate with layers of paper
towel and let it rest for 5-10 minutes
|
|
|
Turn heat up to high and re-fry chicken for 1 minute. Remove
and spread mixed powder, place fried basil on top and serve
chicken on parchment paper
