Mix the first 4 ingredients in a medium pot.
Combine the water, food coloring and oil and add to
the dry ingredients.
Cok over medium heat for 3-5 minutes until it looks
like a globby mess. Keep stirring.
When it form a ball, take out and knead on a
slightly floured surface. Store in an air tight
container.
