     Sweet Potatoe Casserole

Ingredients
3 cups canned sweet potatoes, drained ( can use fresh)
1 cup sugar
1/2 margarine
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/3 cup evaporated milk
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup flour
 
1/3 cup melted margarine
1 cup chopped pecans

Instructions
Mash potatoes, mix with sugar and margarine. Beat eggs, vanilla and evaporated milk. Mix all ingredients with potatoes. Put in baking dish. Mix the brown sugar, flour and melted margarine together and pour on top if top of the potatoe mixture. Sprinkle pecans over top and bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
