1c cream, slightly whipped

1/4c tomato puree, or tomato sauce
|

1/2tsp horse radish prepared (optional)

1/2tsp lemon juice

Dash tobasco (optional)

Parsley, for garnishing

Instructions |

Chill seafood
|
|
|
Make sauce by combining cream, tomato puree or
sauce, salt, lemon juice, horse radish, tobasco and
parsley. Chill in a covered jar
|

Arrange seafood in cocktail glasses. Gently spoon
over sauce, garnish with a little parsley and lemon
|
|
