     Ann's Chocolate Cake

Ingredients
2 c flour
2 c sugar
1 stick margarine
4 tbsp Ghiradelle Sweet ground choc & cocoa
1/2 c Crisco
1 c water
1/2 c buttermilk
2 eggs
1 tsp baking soda
 
1-1/2 tsp vanilla
Icing-
1 stick margarine
4 Tbsp Ghradelle Milk chocolate
6 Tbsp milk
1 box powdered sugar
1-1/2 tsp vanilla
1-1/2 cups broken pecans

Instructions
Mix flour and sugar in large bowl. Put margarine, choc, crisco & water in saucepan. Bring to a rapid boil. Pour over dry ingredients. Add buttermilk, eggs, vanilla, soda. Stir well...do NOT use mixer. Bake in 9x11, do not grease. Bake 25 minutes at 400
Melt and boil margarine, cocoa, milk in saucepan. Add dry ingredients and stir well. Add vanilla and pecans. Pour over hot cake.
