     Perfect Herb Dinner Rolls

Ingredients
1.5 cups warm water
1 tbs. instant yeast
2 tbs. sugar
2 tbs. olive oil
1 tsp. salt
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 cups whole wheat flour
1-2 tsp. dried rosemary
1-2 tsp. dried oregano
 
1-2 tsp. dried basil
1 tsp. garlic powder
Pinch of salt
1/3 cup lukewarm water

Instructions
Mix water, yeast and sugar. Let sit 5 minutes. Add oil, salt and 1 cup of each flour and mix together. Knead dough until it is smooth and elastic. Place dough in a bowl lightly covered with oil; turn dough in bowl to completely cover in oil. Cover and set in a warm place until doubled, about 20-30 minutes.
Place dough onto lightly floured surface. Shape dough into a rectangle and cut into even squares (this can make up to 24 rolls depending on the preferred size).
Roll each square of dough into a ball and place into a greased baking pan (I used a circle shaped pan but you can easily line these into a 9x13 baking pan). Cover dough with a cloth and until dough as doubled, about 20 minutes.
