Make peanut butter sandwiches with the wheat thins & peanut
butter. A whole package of dark chocolate should cover at least 20
sandwiches.
Melt chocolate chips however you choose. I usually microwave for
30 seconds at a time stirring well in between. Once chocolate is
melted, dip the Wheat Thin PB sandwiches in them till coated well. I
just used a fork.
Set on wax paper till hardened. Then refridgerate till fully set. This
sounds crazy, but these taste exactly like the candy Butterfingers,
but even better with the dark chocolate!
