     Mango-Strawberry Breakfast Smoothie

Ingredients
1 cup unsweetened frozen strawberries
1/2 cup chopped mango
1/4 cup orange juice (prefer fresh squeezed)
4 ice cubes
1/2 tsp honey (optional)
1/4 cup crunchy, high-fber, low-sugar cereal (such as Grape Nuts)
 

Instructions
1. Combine strawberries, mango, orange juice, and ice in blender. Blend on high until mixture is almost smooth, with a consistency between sorbet and slushy.
2. Pour into bowl or tall glass. Stir in honey, if using. Top with cereal.
