Brown Beef and drain. Stir in spaghetti sauce; and simmer. Cook noodles until tender. Mix onions, cream cheese and sour cream. Put half of the noodles in 9x13 pan, then half the cream cheese mixture, then half the meat sauce. Repeat and sprinkle with greated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
