Prepare soup according to directions on can. Warm over medium-low heat on the stove.
While soup is warming, chop tomatoes and herbs.

Add tomatoes and herbs to the soup.
Cook an additional 5 minutes.

Evenly divide into bowls.
Top each bowl with 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese and 1 1/2 tablespoons of croutons.
