Ingredients
16 eggs
green onions
cheddar/mozerella cheese (2 cups each)
8 ounces ham
1-2 cups milk
onion salt
salsa
sour cream
 

Instructions
Mix everything together except salsa and sour cream. Put mixture in 9 by 13 pan and cook at 350 for 45 min. Cook uncovered. I like to sprinkle a handful of the cheese on top. Top with salsa and sour cream after out of oven (if desired).
