     Pancakes (glutenfree)

Ingredients
1 bag of Toro fin kakemiks glutenfree (approx 8 dl)
7 eggs
8 dl milk
2 dl orange juice
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon of Fiber Husk
1 pinch of cinnamon
1 slash of sunflower oil
1/2 tablespoon of baking powder
 

Instructions
Mix all the dry ingredients in a large bowl
Add the eggs and start mixing
Slowly add the milk and orange juice, while still mixing. Cover the batter with a cloth for for 1/2 hour.
Mix gently around while adding the oil. Start cooking! (best results with real butter)
Serving Suggestions
Suitable for ovenbaked, filled pancakes!
