|
Cut up vegetables into large pot. Drain clam juice over veggies. Add
enough water to just cover vegetables. Simmer until done (about
20-30 min.)

Melt butter on stovetop. Add flour. Cook for approximately 3
minutes on medium heat. Add milk/cream (don't scald).

|
Add flour mixture to vegetables. Add salt, sugar, vinegar and
pepper. Add clams. Enjoy!
