whisk 3 T soy sauce, 2 t sesame oil and honey in a bol. toss in teh chiken and marinate 20 min. Remove the chiken from the marinade using a slotted spoon. Heat 2 t oil in a nonstick skillet over med-high heat. cook the chicken in 2 batches, turning once or weice, until bron, 3-5 min. transfer chicken to plate; wipe skillet. Heat remaining 2 t canola oil in the skillet. Add the scallions, reserving some of the green parts for topping. Add ginger, garlick and cook, stirring 1 min. whicsk the broth, sugar, cornstarch, vinegar, chili paste and remaining 2 T sou sauce in a bol; add to the skillet and cook, stirring until thick 3-4 min. stir in remaining 2 t sesame oil.
