     Stir Fry Szechuan Steak on Rice

Ingredients
1 bag boil in bag rice
1 lb flank steak, trimmed
1 t minced garlic (2 cloves)
1/2 t crushed red pepper
1/4 cup soy suace
2 t cornstarch
1 t sugar
2 t sesame oil
2 c fresh sugar snap peas, trimmed
 
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
3 T dry-roasted peanuts

Instructions
cook rice. Cut steak diaganally across grain into 1 in thick slices. combine steak, carlic, and pepper in a bowl; toss well toc oat. combine soy sauce, cornstarch, and sugar in a small bowl, stirring w/ a whisk until smooth. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over med-high heat. Add sugar snap peas to pan, and stir fry 1 min.Add sou suce mixture to pan 1 min or until sauce is simmering. pleace about 1/2 cup rice on each. top w/ cilantro and peanuts.
