heat olive oil in large dutch oven over med heat. add onion, carrot, celery, gaqrlic, 1/4 t salt, and bay leaf to pan; cook 8 min. or untilveetables are tender, stirring occasionally. increase heat to med-high. add ground pork, pancetta, and 1/4 t salt; saute 8 min or until pork loses it pink color. stir in tom paste; cook 1 min. add tomato and next 5 ingredients brinto a boil . reduce haet, and simmer 45 min. add cinnamon; simmer 30 min, discard bay leaf and cinnamon stick, stir in remiaining 1/2 t salt, and pepper.
