Cook chicken in a pot with 4 cups of water. Add 3 cloves garlic and dash of salt and pepper to taste. Once chicken is tender, shred or cube and discard bones. Save 4 cups of the broth
Dissolve the mole in 1/2 cup chicken broth. Fry flour in oil. Add dissolved mole and add 1/2 cup chicken broth
Once smooth, add remaining chicken broth, cook 15 minutes, then add deboned chicken
Bring to a boil and simmer until desired consistency (approximately 20 minutes)is reached. Stir occasionally
