     Butter Finger Dessert Bar

Ingredients
1/3 cup Butter or Margarine at room temperature
2/3 cup Flour
1/12 teaspoon Salt
2/3 teaspoon Sugar
1 1/3 Eggs, well beaten
2/3 cup Pecans
2/3 cup Brown Sugar
1/12 cup Flour
2/3 teaspoon Baking Powder
 
1/3 cup Coconut
Icing
1 cup Powdered Sugar
2 tablespoons Butter or Margarine
1 tablespoon Milk or Cream
2/3 teaspoon Vanilla

Instructions
Mix butter or margarine, 2 cup flour, salt and sugar until crumbly. Press into a 9 x 13 pan. Bake in preheated oven 10-15 minutes at 375 degrees. Mix eggs, pecans, brown sugar, 1/4 cup flour, baking powder, and coconut together. Spread over cooked pastry. Bake 15 minutes at 375 degrees. Cool before icing.
