     Chicken Cacciatore-Val

Ingredients
1 lb chicken
1/2 c chopped onion
1 med green pepper, cut into strip
3-4 cloves garlic, minced
2T butter
1 can whole tomatoes
1/4- 1/2 c wine
1/2 t oregano
1/2 t basil
 
noodles or rice
1 pkg mushrooms
2 can tomato soup-progresso
Instructions
saute meat w/ onion, green pepper and garlic in butter. add tomatioes sauce and seasonign. bring to a full boil
