Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium high heat.
Place chicken in a bowl and add the cumin, paprika, grill seasoning and parsley to it. Add the chopped onion and
garlic and mix to combine. Drizzle the chicken mixture with about 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil and
form 4 large patties then place them in the pan. Cook patties 5 minutes on each side. Serve on toasted buns with
lettuce, tomato, and thousand island dressing.
