     Chipotle mustard pork tenderloin

1/2 c dijon mustard
1/3 c fresh cilantro
1/4 c lime juice
1 T minced chipotle pepper in adobo sauce
2 cloves garlic
1/2 t cumin
1/4 t salt
1/8 t cinamon
1 pork tenderloin

in small bowl, combine the first eight ingredients. pour 1/2 c marinade into a large resealable plastick bag; add the pork. seal bag and turn to coat; refrigerate for 8 hours orovernight. cover and refrigerate remaining mustard mixture.
Coat grill rack with cooing spray before startgin the grill. drain pork and discard marinade. grill pork covered, over indrict med hot heat for 25040 min or until meat thermometer reads 160. let stand for 5 min. heat reserved mustard mixture; brush over pork before serving.
