     Linquine with Lemon and Cream

Ingredients
8 slices prosciutto or ham, cut crosswise into strip
1 C chicken broth
1/2 c heavy cream
1/4 c lemon juice
4t lemon zest, minced
pepper
1/2 lb linguine
1 C parmasa cheese
 

Instructions
saute proscioutto in melted butter in a large saute pan over med heat. add broth and cook 1 min. Stir in cream, lemon jice, and zest. reduce heat to low and cook for 2 min. then season w/ pepper. keep the sauce covered and warm while cooking the pata. prepar linguine according to package directions. drai; trnasfer to the pan wiht the sauce ans stir over med heat to incorporate. off heat, stir in cheese; transfer to srving platter.
