     Tzatziki Sauce

Ingredients
16oz plain Greek yogurt
Juice of 1/2 a lemon
2 cloves garlic, grated or minced very finely
1 large cucumber peeled, seeded, and diced finely
1 tsp kosher salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp cavendars Greek seasoning (optional)
 

Instructions
After you dice the cuke, put it in a bowl lined w paper towels (or a strainer) and let sit for 5-10 min, then squeeze off extra liquid. Omit this step if you're in a hurry and/or can't be bothered.
Mix all ingredients together and enjoy immediately or chill for 2hrs (ideal method) and then enjoy. Will keep for 5 days or so. Adding 1 1/2 T chopped dill is tasty too.
