Combine mozzerella, 1/4 cup asiago, and remaining ingredients until well blended. Spoon mixture into
a 1 1/2 quart baking dish coated with olive oil or cooking spray. Sprinkle top with remaining 1/4 cup of
asiago cheese. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes or until bubbly and lightly browned. Serve warm with tortilla chips
or chunks of bread.
