In a small bowl, combine yeast and water. Let mixture stand until foamy, about 5 min.
in a large bowl, combine yeast mixture, milk, egg, sugar, oil, and salt. Mix well. Add flour, stirring until a smooth dough forms. Cover; let rise until doubled, about 30 min.
In a small bowl, combine 1/4 c confectioners' sugar, coffee, and cocoa. Mix well.Preheat oven to 450 Degrees F.
Spray 2 baking sheets w/ vegetable spray. Pat dough into a 1/3 inch-thick round. Cut out doughnuts and place on baking sheets 1 inch apart. Let rise 20 min.Bake until golden, about 10 min. Cool completely. Drizzle with glaze and dust with remaining confectioners' sugar.
