place one chicken breast half between sheets of plastic wrap. lightly pound w/ flat side of meat mallet to even thickness. repeat. brush chicken w/ mustard; sprinkle evenly w/ salt and pper and bread crumbs to coat. Heat 2T olive oil in skillet over med heat. add checken. cook 4 min per side or until no pink remins transfer to plates. add 2T olive oil to skillet. cook green beants in oil 4 min. add lemon slices the last minute. trnsfer to platges. add juice and paers to skillet; heat through. drizzle on chicken
