pork chops; in large skillet, heat oil over med heat. add ginger; cook about 1 min, remove slotted spoon discard. sprinkle w/ salt and pepper (chops) in same skillet, cook chops 3 min or until browned; turn over bron other sde 3 min reduce heat to low,; tranfer chops to servinge plate. add pear nectar to skillet, stirring to losen brownd bits. simmer 3 min or until thick, pour over chips. w/ salsa.
