     Shepherd's Pie

Ingredients
1 1/4 lb red potatoes cut into chunks
3 large cloves garlic, peeled
3/4 c sour cream
1/2 c cheddar cheese, divided
1 lb lean ground beef
2 T flour
4 Cups veggies (carrots, celery, peas, mush, onion)
3/4 c beef broth
1 t worchestire
 
nutmeg in potatoes

Instructions
Boil potatoes w/ garlic in large saucepan. cook drain; return to saucepan w/ sour cream. mash. stir in 1/4 c cheddar cheese
prejeat oven to 375. brown meat in nonstick skillet, stir in flour; cook 1 min. add veggies, broth and ketchup; continue cooking 5 min. spoon meat mixture into 8 in square baking dish. cover w/ mashed potatoes. bake 18 min sprinkle remining 1/4 c chedar cheese. bak 2 min.
