Melt butter in a saucepan over low heat and cook garlic until tender, about 5 minutes. In a shallow bowl, mix the bread crumbs, cheese, and herbs together. Dip chicken in the garlic butter to coat and then in bread crumbs.
Arrange in baking dish. Add any remaining butter on top and any remaining bread crumbs. Bake for 30 minutes.
