Put aluminum foil on the grill and spray with cooking spray.
Slice zucchini into quarter inch slices. Place on aluminum foil.
Coat in barbecue sauce. Let cook, flip over and coat other side in barbecue sauce. When tender, sprinkle cheese on top and cook until cheese is melted.
