Cover bottom of skillet in thin layer olive oil and cook chicken strips until thawed. While cooking, chop up peppers and onion on cutting board. Add to skillet and cook with chicken until pepper and onions are tender.

While cooking, add garlic and juice of lime half. Stir and cook covered on low heat for five minutes.

|
|
Wrap tortilla shells in wet paper towel and microwave for 1 min.
|
|
|
Put chicken and pepper mix on tortilla shell and dress to liking.

Serve with tortilla chips and cheese dip and salsa.
