2 cups Water

1 cup Coffee creamer
|

1 pound Velveeta cubed

1/4 teaspoon Garlic powder

1 teaspoon Onion powder
|

1 teaspoon Ground cumin
|

2 teaspoon mustard powder
|
|
1/2 cup Flour
|
|
1 teaspoon Lemon juice optional
|
|

3/4 cup Salsa optional
|
|
1/3 cup Chili without beans
|

Instructions |

|
Put salsa, chili, and a 1/4 cup water and lemon juice in blender and blend. Add to large sauce pan.
|

|
Add the rest of the water, Coffee creamer, cumin, mustard powder, onion powder, and garlic powder to a boil and add Velveeta.
|

|
Mix in flour to thicken
|
|
|
When cheese dip is consistent throughout take off heat, let cool and serve.
