Preheat oven to 400. In large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken with onion, garlic, & parsley, & season with salt & pepper. Flatten the meat in the bowl & score it into 4 portions using the side of your hand.
Shape each portion into 4 balls. Arrange the meatballs on a nonstick sheet pan & drizzle them with olive oil. Place the pan in the oven & bake the meatballs 10-12 minutes until cooked through & golden brown.
While the meatballs are baking, melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add hot sauce & whisk to combine. Toss meatballs in sauce to coat.4
