     Black Bean and Corn Salsa

Ingredients
16 oz. frozen cut corn - thawed
2 cans unseasoned black beans - drained and rinsed
1 cup tomato - chopped
1/2 cup red onion - chopped
3 fresh squeezed limes (or 3/4 cup lime juice)
6 tablespoons olive oil
dash of salt
heaping tablespoon of cumin
cilantro (if you use the tube with the pre-chopped cilantro you use a heaping tablespoon, if you use
 

Instructions
Mix it all together, chill if you have time. If not I sometimes just leave the corn slightly frozen, just to cool everything else before serving. It's best if you make it the night before to let all the flavors really infuse! One more thing.. depending on your preferene you can experiement with the cumin and cilantro! -)
