     Anna Rose's Creamy Crab Soup

Servings   8 Cups

Ingredients
•1 stick butter
•1 quart half and half milk
•2 heaping tablespoons chopped celery
•few celery leaves
•1 teaspoon salt
•1/8 teaspoon white pepper (or black)
•8 drops Tabasco sauce
•2 tablespoons flour
•1/2 cup milk
 
•1 pound jumbo lump crab meat
•Old Bay seasoning

Instructions
Heat together first 7 ingredients. Do not boil. Mix flour with milk and stir in. Add crab meat and Old Bay to taste. Cook and stir over low heat for about 15 minutes. Yields 8 Cups.
