     ww chicken and dressing casserole

Ingredients
4 c chopped chicken
1 box jiffy corn muffin mix
8 slices whitewheat bread, toasted and torn into pieces
1 c onion/bell pepper/celery
3/4 c egg beaters
1 can cream of chicken soup 98% ff
4 1/2 c fat free chicken broth
3 Tbsp light margarine
 

Instructions
combine all ingredients , except for 1 cup broth. season with sage, garlic, salt, pepper, hot sauce, smoked paparika. transfer mixture to sprayed slow cooker, dot top with 3 Tsp light margarine. Cover and cook on high for 3-4 hours or on low 7 hours or until set. If appears dry add reserved chicken broth , stir well before serving.
Can also cook in oven, covered with foil and bake 350 degrees for 45 minutes - 1 1/2 hours until cooked. remove foil last 10-15 minutes to lightly brown top.
