     Rocky Road Fudge

Ingredients
8 tbsp unsalted butter
4 cups sugar
12-oz can evaporated milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 12 oz packages chocolate chips
1 lb chopped nuts
2 cups marshmallow creme
 

Instructions
Coat a 13 x9 in baking dish with cooking spray.
In a medium sauce pan over med heat, combine the butter, sugar, evaporated milk, and vanilla. Stir constantly, bring to a low rolling boil, and cook for about 6 minutes.
Stir in chocolate chips until melted, then stir stir in the nuts. Add marshmallow creme, and stir until just combined.
Pour fudge into baking dish and let cool, about 2 hours, then cut into chunks. Store in airtight container.
