8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
|

1/2 Cup Mayo
|
|
4 to 6 Ounces Grated Swiss Cheese
|

1/4 Teaspoon Salt
|
|
2 Tablespoons Finely Chopped Green Onion (Optional)

8 Slices Bacon, Cooked and Crumbled
|
|
1/2 Cup Ritz Crackers, crumbled
|

Instructions |
|
|
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix first 5 ingredients and place into a small cooking dish (8 X 8 or so).

Top with bacon and crackers.
Bake for 15 - 20 minutes or until golden brown on top.

Suggestions |
|
Serve with Ritz crackers or Fritos. Everyone loves this and can't stop eating it. I no longer serve it as an appetizer because of that.
