     Hot Bacon and Swiss Dip

Ingredients
8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
1/2 Cup Mayo
4 to 6 Ounces Grated Swiss Cheese
1/4 Teaspoon Salt
2 Tablespoons Finely Chopped Green Onion (Optional)
8 Slices Bacon, Cooked and Crumbled
1/2 Cup Ritz Crackers, crumbled
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix first 5 ingredients and place into a small cooking dish (8 X 8 or so).
Top with bacon and crackers. Bake for 15 - 20 minutes or until golden brown on top.
Serving Suggestions
Serve with Ritz crackers or Fritos. Everyone loves this and can't stop eating it. I no longer serve it as an appetizer because of that.
