     Crab Mousse

Ingredients
1 Can Crabmeat
12 Ounce SOFT Cream Cheese (the tub not the brick)
1 Cup Green Onion Chopped use green part also
1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 Package Clear Knox Gelatin
1 Cup Mayo
1 Cup Celery , Chopped
 

Instructions
Combine crabmeat, cream cheese, onion, mayo and celery and blend well (hand stir it).
Heat soup to a little more than warm - don't boil. Add gelatin. Stir. Pour this mixture into the crabmeat mixture. Mix well.
Pour into a mold and refrigerate till firm. I very, very lightly sprayed the mold with Pam to facilitate unmolding.
I use my copper curved fish mold and it is a perfect fit right to the top. Unmold on a bed of pretty greens.
Serving Suggestions
Serve with Wheat Thins and Triscuits
