Combine crabmeat, cream cheese, onion, mayo and celery and blend well (hand stir it).

Heat soup to a little more than warm - don't boil. Add gelatin. Stir. Pour this mixture into the crabmeat mixture. Mix well.

|
Pour into a mold and refrigerate till firm. I very, very lightly sprayed the mold with Pam to facilitate unmolding.
|
|
|
I use my copper curved fish mold and it is a perfect fit right to the top. Unmold on a bed of pretty greens.
