Ingredients
1/2 cup oatmeal
1/4 cup egg white
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1 scoop protein powder (optional)
 

Instructions
Heat skillet or griddle. Pour ingredents in bowl and mix well. Pour batter on skillet. (Makes (2) 5 inch pancakes)
