     Chicken and Wild Rice Casserole

Ingredients
1 60z. package long grain and wild rice mix
1 medium onion, chopped 1/2 cup
2 garlic cloves, chopped
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup water with vegetable bouillon
1/2 teas dried basil
2 cups shredded cooked chicken
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
 
2 tbsp. butter

Instructions
Prepare rice mix according to package directions.
Meanwhile, preheat oven to 350'. In a large skillet, cook onion in hot butter over medium heat until tender. Add garlic and cook 1 more minute. Stir in soup, sour cream, water w/ bouillon and basil. Stir in cooked rice and chicken.
Transfer mixture to an un-greased 2 quart baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake, uncovered, about 30 minutes or until heated through.
