Meanwhile, preheat oven to 350'. In a large skillet, cook onion in
hot butter over medium heat until tender. Add garlic and cook 1
more minute. Stir in soup, sour cream, water w/ bouillon and basil.
Stir in cooked rice and chicken.
Transfer mixture to an un-greased 2 quart baking dish. Sprinkle
with cheese. Bake, uncovered, about 30 minutes or until heated
through.
