     Sausage Casserole

Ingredients
12 slices of bread
1 lb bulk Sausage cooked and drained
1/2 lb Cheddar Cheese
4 Eggs
3 Cups Milk
Salt and Pepper to taste
 

Instructions
Trim bread and lithly butter bread. Place 6 slices in a buttered 9X13X2 inch baking dish.
Spread half the cheese and half the sausage over bread. Place remaining bread over cheese and sausage mixture. Add remaining cheese and sausage mixture.
Beat Eggs, Milk, Salt and Pepper. Pour over casserole, Cover and refrigerate overnight. Preheat oven to 350. Bake uncovered for an hour and 20 minutes or until golden brown
