     Cracker Crusted Chicken

Ingredients
Chicken Breasts
Ritz Crackers
Butter
 
Instructions
Melt about a half stick of butter (for three small chicken breasts). Next dip thawed chicken breasts into melted butter.
Smash crackers into small pieces. Roll chicken into crackers.
Add other seasonings if desired. Cook for 40 minutes at 350.
